Ancestors property

We have an Ancestors property LAND and there are three legal heirs.

Out of three, one of the legal heir is not cooperating and is non responsive. Due to this, we are unable to proceed further in division of property. What shall be our course of action? Kindly advice.

File a suit for partition with relevant documents in jurisdictional civil court through a local prudent lawyer.

You can discuss with a local advocate and file a suit for partition with separate possession of your share in the property on the basis of supporting documents to establish your rights in the property

Issue notice to all claimants and demand partition of property, if notice is not complied with then file suit for partition with separate possession of your share in property .

What do you mean by "ancestor's property"? Anyhow, the remedy is in filing a suit for partition.
