Amendment petition in recovery of possession of immovable property

🙏sir namaskar! In recovery of possession of my property, i have amended my petition once. after some days, the missing important documents were found. Sir, can i amend the previous ameded petition again & produce in court. please clarify.

Yes, amendment can be allowed if it does not change the nature of case and necessary to solve real controversy between parties.
