Amendment in trust deed

original trust deed doesnot contain dissolution clause and another clause that trust is irrevocable. now we wish to add these clauses. what s the proceedure to amend the trust deed

Make an Amendment to Trust deed to the original deed by adding the clauses as you wish. The stamp duty is from Rs.200/- to Rs.500/- which varies from one state to other state.

Get a rectification deed registered through a local prudent lawyer.
