can anybody guide for fast track court process for adding a really sever disablity in list

Quick Summary
The discussion revolves around the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, which expanded the list of recognised disabilities. A user inquired about fast-tracking the process to add a severe disability, like a blood clot issue (venous thrombosis), to the official list. It was clarified that adding disabilities to the list is a policy matter based on expert opinion and outside the court's jurisdiction, though individuals with certified disabilities can claim benefits under the existing Act.

Your question lacks proper details  and also it is not clear that what actually you want to clarify by this question, hence without posting riddles, you may come out with the facts or the actual problem you face, if you are really serious about your problem

Whether you have been issued with a "disability certificate"?

If so, you can claim it under specific disability as provided in the Act of 2016

If you have been medically diagnosed and certified as disabled person and if this disability is found as one of the diseases notified in the list you may apply for the privileges mentioned therein

Compilation of the list is a policy matter based on expert opinion and hence beyond the jurisdiction of the Court.
