Alimony for 4 months marriage

Boy married for 4 months is opting for divorce. How much alimony has to be paid if the girl has PG degree in optometry. Marriage is not consummated

First of all he cannot file divorce case within one year of marriage.

Next thing, the girl has to file a case for alimony.

After that both have to file affidavit declaring their assets and liabilities.

The court will pass an order for alimony after analysing the facts

The marriage is still incomplete i.e., yet to be completed by consumation.

No alimony for bride applicable as it is incomplete marriage, however, groom has "never" a right for alimony.
