Alcohol limit

Hi,

Internet says drinking is permissable to 30 mg while driving only and doesnt mention about drinking more than that is illegal at home.

I got this doubt because there are lots of pubs near my hostel area.

So hoe much can anyone drink at home?

There are no legal restrictions on how much alcohol you can consume at home as on now.

Drink and drive is prohibited.

But you can drink as much as you could sitting in the bar and going back home by a hired vehicle

I understand your concern and I would like you to know that the law does not prescribe any specified limits to consume alcohol in your private chambers. You can drink as little to as much as you like, provided you do not disturb peace, create nuisance, or violate other person’s rights and liberties. In your closed space/home/apartment, you can drink like a fish, keeping in mind that you stay safe and maintain the safety of others.
