Agricultural land dispute

We have paid advance 30 years ago for purchase of agricultural land and land was under our possession and now they are trying to take back possession of land by force and not transferring the ownership! How to deal with it?

Quick Summary
If you've paid for agricultural land 30 years ago, have been in possession, but the seller is now trying to reclaim it and refusing to transfer ownership, you may have grounds for a legal claim. Consulting a local advocate is crucial. They can guide you on filing a declaration suit based on adverse possession, provided you've maintained possession for over 12 years.

Contact a local advocate, show all those documents and revenue records that show your possession of the property and he will advise you to file a declaration suit in a court of law that you are absolute owners through adverse possession as you are in possession and enjoyment over 12 years.

Repeated query

See response of experts in original thread and avoid repetition of same story time and again which is absurd and ridiculous.
