i made a agreement to sell without consent of other legal heir after my father's death. there is no partition made and property is yet not transferred on our name. now the buyer made a case in the court but i don't want to sell it anymore. If i am not a tittle than the other legal hier can take any relief. i am ready to return the money. Even buyer has changed the loan paper in to agreement to sell and he made a false Will in my favour and paid one lakh rupees to one of the witness. I have video recordings of all his frauds. What can i do.?
