We purchased a flat in Pune.The agreement was done against my father's and mother's name.Unfortunately my father passed away.
My Question is now wat happnes about the agreement done will it be void?When I enquired in the bank for the loan ,they said consult lawyers first as on the present condition loan can not be sanctioned. What will be the ideal solutiuon to overcome this problem.
