we have entered an agreement to purchase the land with the owner and legal heirs all owner and legal heirs are signed in 100 rupees stamp paper on january 24 2012 but not registered.Validity of the registeration time is 2 months that date is march 24 2012. now the owner and the legal heirs are trying to sale the property to some body else.it is possible expecting your valuable opinion in this regard
