AGPA case

I'm AGPA holder, Prinicpal had given sale deed authority to me. So, Can I directly do sale deed to party without Prinicpal.

Of course otherwise what for is GPA ; if you have the GPA to enter into sale with anyother person for that property you can execute the sale deed and appear on behalf of the principal...
