AGE RESTRICTION

I think now no upper age restriction for "5 YEARS" as there is stay and case pending in SC..if Supreme Court final decision in 1023/2016 comes in favor of BCI and stay vacated, What about enroled llb students without entrance exams, crossed age limit can they become advocate in court, will already enroled students without taking any entrance exam like clat are permitted to become advocate without upper age restriction pls clarify 🙏🙏 will final verdict harm the already enroled students to become advocate..🙏🙏😭😭?
