have any citation about " after thought in matrimonial matters"

like any 498-a complain lodge after court effort the compromise done then the complainant have lodge another fir ........ which is bogus baseless it's cover in after thought or not any citation?          in one complaint lodge by wife u/s 498 and then after compromise done by lok adalat then after 15 months the wife lodge another complaint regarding u/s 323 in connection with 498      this incident prepare by advocate of her then some of my friend say that this is after thought activity and scc have some of judgement on after thought so i have asking about the citation in this situation
