An unregistered officers association with which management deals in related matter. Recently they got registered
and their name has been changed to some extent. legally is it not a new association. Management do not affiliate another association which was formed 6 month back and registered before the other association.
Can management call the earlier association which just got registered & name changed partially as before for any discussion.
Please suggest me . It is urgent.
