Affidavit of lawyer

Dear,

Can any1 tell whether an practising advocate can file his/her affidavit in any matter of his client and/or a legal consultant working for a comapy on retailership basis can file affidavit in a matter of that comapy in court or only employee caqn do so if yes/no then why

Dear,

My query is only that a practising advocate/retainer can file affidavit (as being an advocate(in his own name) in any matter of his/her client (the company) or whether only employee can file in his name on behalf of the company to represent the compny

As a counsel of the party the advocate will not file and should not file.

YES ADVOCATE CAN FILE AFFIDAVIT. I HAVE DONE IT IN ONE OF MY CASE. I WON THE CASE ALSO ON THE BASIS OF THAT AFFIDAVIT.
