Quick Summary
This discussion concerns the requirement to submit an Affidavit of Assets and Liabilities in a RCR case after four years. The user has filed a counter objection to a maintenance application and has been instructed by the judge to provide this affidavit. They are seeking guidance on how to fill it out, what documents are needed, and whether to submit it concurrently with their wife's affidavit. The advice given is to comply with the court's order by submitting a true account of assets and liabilities in the prescribed format.

If the court has instructed to file the affidavit declaring yor assets and liabilities, you cannot disobey the same.

You fill up the format properly and submit it before court

It is sufficient if you furnish a true account of assets and liabilities in the form of an affidavit.
