I want to file a complaint in the consumer court on behalf of my mother.
Since i was dealing the complaint matter with the opposite party on behalf of my mother., can i file a complaint in the consumer court as a complainant or one of complainants?
Also, can i make a affidavit saying :
1. That I am one of the complainants in the present matter and am fully acquainted with the facts and circumstances of the complaint, and I am competent to affirm this affidavit

If you are the complainant you can file otherwise you can get an authorisation letter from your mother to file the complaint on her behalf.

Ok..so i can take simple authorisation letter from mpther and file this as part of consumet complaint. But affidavit then can be from me that facts in complaint are true?

You shall obtain authorisation from your mother and then file the complaint on behalf of your mother with the authorisation letter.

Ok at e jagriti online consuner complainy portal, can i file my own affidavit and norarise it. In case where i file authorisation letter from her.
Priblem is she cant travel to notary because of age and health

You may have to obtain a specific power of attorney duly attested in your favor to conduct case on her behalf.
