Advise on Talaq ( muslim divorce)

I want to know that how a Muslim man should divorce his wife after triple talaq ban. When the nikah was done as per Muslim tradition. What problems he will face if he go for triple talaq.

Trp Talaq in once meeting will be treated as one Talaq.
The shari way of triple talaq is pronounce 1 talaq in one meeting. 2nd talaq after one month or ( periods ) and 3rd talaq after another month or ( periods) . dont touch her during intervals . dont exit her from ur house . And pay her maintaince in intervals.
this shari talaq. And shari idaat.

Thanks for reply. Wife is living in seperate city from Last five years. My question is if a person gives talaq in 3 different sittings and in 3 months. This kind of Talaq is still valid in India.
