Hi Sir, i am falsely accused under 366 A and 376, case currently running in SPL civil court, blore. Now the case is in ending stage, case was filed in Feb 2012, from last 6 months i have been asked to attend the court for recording my statement under 398A, due to some or the other reason the judge is giving me dates from january 2015, i am a student and it is effecting me a lot, i requested my lawyer to submit an application for quashing or speedy trial for the case, but he is unhelpfull, tom i again have date for recording statement, all the witnesses are hostile, so i want to know how long will it take for the case to get close, what are the next steps and procedures, please help.
