advice please

I have replied to notice on behalf of my client. I have addressed the reply to issuing advocate raising some defence according to the instructions by my client. However I am surprised to receive rejoinder notice in my name from the Advocate containing threat of dire consequences for me can I take up the matter to bar council? please advice
