If a party in possession and ownership of land has parted with possession on account of unfavourable order of land Tribunal and yet to appeal against order claiming that he wasn't made party to order can he claim title after 20 years

It is called as dispossession.

If you have been dispossesed by an order of court and have not filed any appeal against the order within the appeal period you may not be able to reclaim the possession of the property
