adverse possession

What ever may be the reason, the area of the agri land was posted/ entered since long ie 35/40 years back in the pattadar passbook was made as 1.18 Acre instead of 1.10 Acre which was written in the un- registered partion deed entered in to by the two brothers in the year 1964. Accordingly tax is being paid by me for 1.18 Acre for the whole period. Now my question is whether it comes under adverse possession and is there any right to posses the excess of 8 cents. Because My brother intentionally he paid tax for a common residential plot for over 40 years and occupied the total plot and constructed a house on the basis of adverse possession. Kindly advise to proceed further

A mistake or fraud knowing the truth is different.  Contact a local advocate for such a possibility.

This is not adverse possession case. There is no right to possess the  8 cent land.
