Adultery .please advice

Please advice.. husband has filed for a divorce against me already on cruelty and desertion..recently I saw my husband with some lady walking somewhere, he touched her at her back and at her 1-2 private parts as well.. i have taken the pictures..so is it an act of adultery by him ? Will the court accept these pictures against him ?  How can adultery be proved ?

Quick Summary
A user is seeking advice after their husband filed for divorce and they suspect him of adultery, having taken photos of him with another woman. They want to know if these photos can prove adultery in court and how adultery is generally proven. The advice received suggests that the current evidence is insufficient to prove adultery, as touching and walking with someone does not legally constitute adultery. Furthermore, adultery itself is no longer a criminal offense.

The evidence collected by you is insufficient to prove adultary, walking with another lady and/or touching private parts ido not constitute adultory.

Moreover, adultory, even if proved, has been declared ultra constitutional and not a crime.

@jc vasishtha- ok sir ..thanks for your opinion. I think that husband will easily cover up that he was dropping some woman in his car and he will also cover up easily that he was walking & touching a lady in a vulgar way as that woman is his friend only and he was doing masti & fun with that woman as these things are common and normal these days.anyways..thanks for your advice
