Admission in class xi in two different school

After passing tenth exam i admitted in class xi in a higher secondary scholl which is far from my home.i did not get chance to admit my nearest school because of my low marks.but after few days in 2nd list i got select in my nearest school and then quickly i admitted in my nearest school and registration was done here without informed my first admitted school and even not getting TC.Have any trouble in future specially in govt job.. Now i m graduate.Plzzz kindly inform me.
