Additional place of business in other state

Actually i thanks to this club he helped me alot in 2007.

now come to the point - my firm have registered in himachal pradesh but i want to do business in some other state also.But here some of the govt institute wants : my office must be located in the state of
Consignee. DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE TO BE SUBMITTED.Pls guide me,which documents i can produce or any other way.pls requested

namaskar sir, regustered on gst or both service of construction and trading of non woven carry bags,for registration on GEM Portal- they demanded and evidence docs to business of service in other state.

otherwise they are not allowing me to participate in bid.
