Ad interim injunction

Is ad interim injunction in partition suit for share involving will ( unregistered ) given only after hearing both appellant and defendent?
in case ex parte ad interim injunction is given, is it possible to get it removed by the defendent and sell the property?
It is said that after selling the property, the court gives order to keep the share ( for which the appellant has filed suit ) amount ( not the whole amount ) in the court as a deposit so that if the appellant wins he will get it. is it true?

It will be difficult to give a proper opinion without seeing the court order in this regard. The details furnished by you are incomplete or improper/contradictory,hence you are advised to take a second opinion from a different lawyer locally if your lawyer is not responding properly.

Is there a provision for the defendent to request the court to give permission to him to sell the suit property after the ad interim injunction is given in favor of the petitioner / appellant in partition suit for share involving will?
