Action against step mother

If your client's step mother is harassing their father for money and property, legal action can be taken through the courts. The victim, or a witness on their behalf, can file an FIR or complaint with the police, a protection officer, service provider, or directly with the Magistrate. Your father would need to pursue legal action, and you can assist him in this process.
