Quick Summary
A Citi Bank credit card holder experienced severe burns due to a gas leak in their flat. They are inquiring if the card's built-in accident protection covers such incidents and allows them to claim substantial medical expenses amounting to 12 lakhs. While one response suggests it's possible if 'physical accidents' are covered, further clarification is needed on the definition of 'physical accidents' within the policy terms.
