It is alright, agreed that it is a good piece of information, but what is your query by positng this information in this forum?
In certain situation, it has not been so that missing person was found in one day and concerned duly informed of the safety.
Reasons as population, privacy, only court can instruct the police to search and police wanting to independently search the missing and not allowed etc. were reasons given to not find the missing.
Thereafter, a new Complaint is not made , due to trust in authority system , not prevalent .
