Absence to lok adalat

Wife has applied for a transfer petition in Supreme Court, to transfer the divorce case to her home town. For this there was multiple mediation that happened for settlement and has failed. This week this TP was sent to Lok Adalat to reach settlement. I had my tickets booked including the return journey. But due to ill-health I was not able to travel to Delhi which take day and half, as per my doctors advice. So was not able to attend the lok adalat. My question is what will happen now? I don't have any issues if the divorce case gets transferred to her home town.

You can approach concern legal authority and inform your inability to attend in time.

If you were not able to attend LOK ADALAT then your lawyer should inform the same to the judge about this and will be given another date.  Nothing to worry.
