NOW I AM WANT TO FILE WRIT PETITION IN HIGH COURT FOR ORDER TO CANCEL BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

You cannot cancel your birth certificate.
If you find that your birth certificate is erroneous then on the basis of the documentary evidences you can approach the court with a suit for declaration to declare your correct date of birth with a direction to the concerned registrar of births and deaths to rectify the error and issue a fresh birth certificate with the details amended accordingly.
