Quick Summary
This discussion concerns a family property dispute where an uncle allegedly transferred property fraudulently when the original owners were young. The family has lived in the house for decades, with official documents reflecting this address. Following the father's passing, the uncle is reportedly harassing the family, threatening eviction and violence. Legal advice suggests consulting a local lawyer to file for a permanent injunction and present evidence of their long-standing possession and enjoyment of the property.

एक स्थानीय वकील से संपर्क करें क्योंकि वह आपके पक्ष में ऐसे तथ्यों और सबूतों का अध्ययन करने के मामले का फैसला करने के लिए अधिक सक्षम है।

You can file a suit for permanent injunction  agaisnt them to restrain them from forcibly evicting you from the premises other than by due process of law.

You can produce the documentary evidences to prove your possession and continuous enjoyment of the property.

Without knowing that how he had taken away your father's property no further suggestion can be made, hence you better consult an advocate in the local for all such further issues.
