Can you send the details of the incident and the grounds of the same.
No police men are fool that they registered a complaint of 307 with 34 against person/persons without a solid ground.
secondly as the 323 & 324 are valuntarily causing hurt with dangerious weapons or means and thirdly adding the case with theft u/s 379.
That also against 8 people. I am not convinced that the lady is cruel.
