about propery issue

my uncle is giving dhamki to my father for giving 3 feet wide and 16 feed long space in our plot .he is ssying that do anything what you are doing but MAI TEREKO DEKH LUGA .?so what action should be taken upon them

The query is a bit confusing!............giving 3 feet wide and 16 feed long space in our plot .he is ssying that do anything what you are doing but MAI TEREKO DEKH LUGA ? Do you mmean to say that he is giving what belongs to your family?
