Hello Everyone,
I want help cum suggesstion that, I want to marry Indonesian girl who is chritian cast and I am Hindu from India.
She want to marry me through Court Marriage. So documents we have to prepare for Marriage In Court In India in Mumbai and what are the other formalities that I have to complete as her husband for her country to get her VISA in India.
What are the precaution I have to take to be at safer side.
She also ready to marry me through religious process as per Hindu religios Process.
But she told me that for getting her VISA in India she want to get Marriage Certificate from Indian Court.
And after Marriage she will return to Indonesia and process documents and then apply to Indian ambassy for getting VISA as a my wife.
So Please tell me she is right ?
After marriage she do not want to change her religion so is it possible to get Marriage Certificate after Marriage with Diffrent caste and do not change her religion ?
Please guide me and in how much days we will get Marriage Certficate till time she will in India and after getting Marriage Certificate she will go to her home country.
if we go through Court Marriage how many days require to get Marriage Certificate or if we go through Hindu Religious Process how many days we have to get Marriage Certificate and what are the proceedure for hetting Marriage Certificate.
