about a fake lawer degree

I want to inquire against a lawyer degree

to take a lawyer degree one has to clear three years course after graduation or now a days five years course after higher secondary school.

You have to complete any degree to enter into 3 years course in law or if you are +2, you shall enter into 5 yeas course in law.
