Abortion

मेरी पत्नी अपने मायके गई हुई है, उसके पेट मे मेरा 2 महिने का बच्चा पल रहा था, वहा जाकर उसने अपने माँ और भाई से मिलकर घर मे ही मेडिकल से चोरी चुपके दवा लेकर खाई है,
मुझे उन सब पर कोई केस करणी है, तो कैसे करू.

1. IF you do not have any documentary or witness evidence, THEN you CANNOT file any case.

2. You can file "Zero FIR" at the local Police Station, near your residence, requesting for investigation and prosecution, for things mentioned by you and try your luck.
