Ab after stay order

Hello,

I am in US and got divorced recently.  My father-in-law has filed  498a while the divorce proceedings were going based on my ex-wife's fax message on me and my parents.  My parents filed for quash petition and they got stay order.  I am also planning to file my quash petition (decided to do seperately from my parents) but I have NBW issued against me.  I have strong arguments to file for quash petition and I am looking for strategies going forward. I have been told that I might get a stay order like my parents before quash petition is heard. Here are my questions:

1.  If I get stay from high court, can I apply for AB and request to revoke NBW after I get stay order for my 498a?

2. If  it is not possible to get AB after stay order,  does NBW rules out chances of  getting my case quashed?

3. Would you recommend to get AB and revoke NBW before filing for quash petition in high court?

Thanks,

vinay
