My grandfather bought a land
from aadivasi people 25-30 years ago. on paper, it is written that the aadivasi family need money to marriage his daughter that's why aadivasi family sold his land to my grandfather.
I want to know whether this land can be registered.
No. For Adivasi land, permission is necessary from the District Collector. But it is on white paper. So it cannot be registered.
