Land dispute

We are three brothers and our father has left us land after his death. The inherited land of our father has been divided equally within the brothers. And another piece of land which is a custodian land has been forcefully been captured by the one of the brother we both brothers have tried to solve the matter with talks which hadn't been effective. we both brothers just want the that land should b divided equally within the brother however nobody has provided any help in this matter neither district custodian neither the patwari of our area. What should i do??
