7 months after purchasing flat, name is not yet added in the society's name board

10MAY2022, Tuesday, 17:12 hrs (IST), Sanpada, Navi Mumbai, MH, IND - 400705.


I need eXpert advice on how to deal with the Housing Society Office Bearers as they are not hearing my request of Adding the Joint Name of my MOM & Myself on the Society's Name Board.  They had charged us with Rs. 30,000/- including the 18% GST for the NOC.  

I purchased the flat on 18NOV2021 and since then I am appealing and begging them.  They, finally told me that I have to do it by Myself and Pay whatever charges the person who is going to do the work.  My Point is then why & for What are they charging this Rs. 30,000/- for NOC.  What is the OBJECTIVE behind this.... Why was this law made to pay such hefty fees to obtain Society NOC?

you can verify society bye laws for huge charges You can bring the notice to registrar of societies

I think you purchased the Flat in your single name and then you may have added your parents as Nminees.  So the Society Board will not display your parents name
