Hello,

Under Act 66, the offense is bailable, however, under Act 67, the offense is cognizable and Non-bailable.

Once you surrender before the court with written application to grant bail, the trial court shall give notice to State and keeping in view the contents of the reply (oral or documentary), shall decide on the application seeking bail order.
