498a withdraw

Dear experts,

Is it possible for a wife to withdraw a 498a case which HC gave stay order on it?

Since sec 498a comes under non -compoundable list in cr pc ,ur wife can file application u/s482 of cr pc requesting high court to allow her to withdraw the complaint.u also must be present on that day.,The high court may consider it after going through the change of circumstances.

my parents and sisters already filed quash peition to remove their names and it is stayed now, in that case shall she be able to move another application for quashing?
