Hi,
I got married in March,2009. In Dec,2012 498a along with DP Act3 &4 was filed against my parents,younger sister (got married in 2005) and myself.I was in jail for four days n was out on bail.My parents n sis also got AB.
Charge sheet was submitted in court by Police and other than written statements of my wife,mother-in-law and bro-in-law there were two more statements whom I never saw or met.I think these statements are creation of police to prove themselves correct in arresting me.
My question is, what are different options I have to completely remove names of my parents and sis from this case. For quash in HC it is very expensive (was demanded Rs30000/-) and time taking too.
Please suggest if any means to completely remove names of my parents and sister from this case.
