Hello All, Please help me.
I have filed for divorce and then wife filed 498a.
1>Please help me with judgments with similar case details like husband first filed divorce and then wife files 498a and court acquits or quashes.
2>Also, my family members like brother and sisters are accused. Allegation is that they created interference through phone calls and committed cruelty.please share judgments where similar cruelty through phone by distant relatives is discussed.
Please help friends , seniors.
