498A Bail granted against payment to 2nd Party

hi

I had granted Anticipatory Bail against 498A .

in said bail court has asked to pay 2nd party for Rs 25k apart from bail bond.

I don't want to pay 2nd party said amount as they have charged false case

what option do I have

Quick Summary
If you've been granted anticipatory bail under Section 498A but the court has ordered you to pay a sum to the second party in addition to the bail bond, you have options. While some advise that such an order is unusual and may warrant consulting a lawyer or approaching a higher court, failing to comply with a court order can have serious consequences. It's crucial to seek legal advice to understand the specifics of your bail order and the best course of action.

If you do not obey the court order then the court will dismiss your bail application.

The court is not asking your choice, it is an order if you do not obey the court order then you may have to face the legal consequences.

You are mistaken.

The Court admitting you in anticipatory bail cannot direct you to pay Rs. 25,000/- apart from the amount of bail bond.

Consult your lawyer or show the bail order to some other local prudent lawyer.

Yes, it is impossible that the Court has passed such an Order. If so, approach the Higher Court.
