498a and all other sections

Hi'

we are a victim of false 498a and other charges along

1.wife fied complain from noida on purpose after taking a house on rent. she is from ghaziabad(parents house). maternal home is in ghaziabad too. she is a working women, can she file the complaint from noida.

she left maternal house house after 2 months of marriage and complaint from noida after a year and a half.

can this be transfered to ghaziabad court or can this be cancelled.

she is independend, working.

She can file from any jurisdiction however the case will be investigated the jurisdiction where the offence has been committed.

Please file Anticipatory Bail party-in-person (Without Advocate) now. Please complain against wife on your local police station now and also file CrPC 144 to the district court. Please file all these cases party-in-person.

A wife can file a criminal case against the husband and his family, either at her martial place or matrimonial home or at her parental home or at the place where the marriage took place.These are the options she has.What is the status of the complaint? There are no immediate arrests in 498A now.The chargesheet has to be filed and only if prima facie is established arrests will take place.
