498a 306 eventhough no dowry harasment in charge sheet

Thank you... My lawyer has produced all the photographs where in happy moments are captured and gold receipts which I bought for my wife and mainly he is arguing on my in-laws comments..Some sister says 3 years there was harassment some say from begining of marriage some say after 5 years.. my neighbours and one of my co brothers have turned hostile and spoke the truth... And more over they have not mentioned what type of harassment I gave (beating,scolding ,drinking, affair with other woman) because I never did this to her at any point of time...And mainly when the incident occurred I was not in Bangalore itself which was agreed by my in-laws..And the FIR was lodged after 14hours of after thought...

CASE ACQUITTED.. :)
