Wife is not attending the court..her lawyer stating she got some accident and can't attend court..(more than 5 adjournments)..can I ask judge to discharge me from this false case as she is not willing to attend the court.no case registered reg her accident!

Court will not discharge unless you prove that she willfully avoiding her attendance in court.

hire a private detective to get proof whether she is injured enough to avoid attending sessions or if she is walking easily (take pictures, videos).
