498a

Hi, I have been living in Pune with parents. after marriage I came to know that she has some psychological problem. I started treatment for her but her parents were opposing it and after 7 months of marriage she went to her parents house in Jharkhand Oct 2013, after 1 year she filed a false police complaint against me and my family in dec 2014. Police issued me a notice to come to Jharkhand for investigation. I immediately filed a RCR and sent to Police after that I didn't receive any notices form police. then in aug 2015 my wife filed directly 498a, 323 & 406. I immediately withdraw the RCR and filed a null and void case as suggested by lawyer. Now can I go for quashing 498a and can I file the quashing case in Bombay highcourt. till now I did not applied for the A.B, is it required. please suggest me.
